At Fane Valley Feeds, we specialise in rearing pullets to the point of lay. We are a trusted business, which has developed over more than 40 years into the largest independent pullet supplier in Ireland. We supply over one million birds per annum to the commercial egg-laying sector for colony, free range and organic farmers.
We rear our pullets in strictly controlled conditions in order to enable the birds to express their full genetic potential. Our longstanding partnership with the major breed companies gives us the ability to supply the correct breed of pullet to meet farmer’s requirements across all sectors.
What We Do
We want to ensure that our customers’ investment meets their expectations. Our dedicated Poultry team in conjunction with our specialist pullet rearers guarantee that our 16 week old pullets have had regular health checks and have met weekly target bodyweights to optimize bird performance. Post transfer of pullets our field staff offer periodic visits to help establish a productive laying cycle.

Our pullets our fully accredited with BEIC Lion code and Freedom Food standards and come equipped with a comprehensive vaccination programme designed to help the bird meet the many challenges throughout the laying cycle.
