Objective

Upon completion of this program, graduates will be prepared to enter the agricultural feed sales industry with the knowledge and skills they need to be successful. They will be able to:

  • Identify and meet the needs of their customers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Manage their sales territory effectively.
  • Deliver sustainable sales growth.
  • Prepare for a future career path within the Fane Valley group of companies.

Optional learning in year two of Business Management or Ruminant Nutrition Post Grad diploma.

Final Business Project

Research, create and deliver a business improvement project for Fane Valley Feeds based on the knowledge skills and experience gained over the 2 year programme.

The purpose is to analyse a business performance issue and to devise a strategy and action plan to overcome the issue, focusing on activities that will have a real impact on Fane Valley Feeds and add tangible value to the business.

To be presented to the Board of Directors and Senior Management of Fane Valley Feeds.
